Disposition versions
48. Every person wishing to have a right entered in the register shall do so by presenting two duplicates of a notice, prepared in accordance with one of the models shown in Schedule 2, in the registry office of a registration division established under the Territorial Division Act (chapter D-11) in which a computerized system is used.
The notice shall be presented at a time when an entry in the register may be made.
