REPEAL SCHEDULES
In accordance with section 9 of the Act respecting the consolidation of the statutes and regulations (chapter R-3), chapter 34 of the statutes of 2007, in force on 1 August 2008, is repealed, except section 35, effective from the coming into force of chapter C-52.2 of the Revised Statutes.
In accordance with section 9 of the Act respecting the consolidation of the statutes and regulations (chapter R-3), sections 4 to 15 of chapter 34 of the statutes of 2007, in force on 1 August 2009, are repealed effective from the coming into force of the updating to 1 August 2009 of chapter C-52.2 of the Revised Statutes.
REPEAL SCHEDULE
