74. The sums required for the carrying out of this Act shall be taken out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund.

74. The sums required for the carrying out of this Act shall be taken out of the consolidated revenue fund. However, the sums required for the administration of the plans provided for in Chapters II and III shall, if the Office delegates the administration of those plans to the Commission administrative des régimes de retraite et d’assurances, be paid in accordance with section 158.5 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10).
