81. The Commission may adopt procedural and internal management rules.

81. The Commission may, in plenary session and by a majority vote of its members, adopt rules of procedure and internal management by-laws for the conduct of its affairs.
The by-laws come into force from their publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
