76. When assessing the facts or the law, the Tribunal may not substitute its assessment of the public interest for the assessment thereof made by the Commission before making its decision pursuant to this Act.

76. For the purposes of this chapter, any expression in the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25) designating the prothonotary of the Superior Court designates the secretary of the Commission and any expression designating the court whose judgment is appealed from designates the Commission.
