50. All public hearings must be held within 60 days of the time prescribed for making an objection. The Commission may, however, extend that time if the applicant or a person making an objection establishes that he will be unable to act within that time.
The Attorney General may intervene during public consultations.

50. All public hearings must be held within 60 days of the expiry of the time prescribed for filing an objection unless the Commission, at the request of one of the parties, grants a postponement on satisfactory proof that the party was unable to proceed within that time.
The Attorney General may intervene of right at the hearing as if he were a party thereto.
