91. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 285, s. 91; 1990, c. 4, s. 321.
91. All fines, penalties and forfeitures imposed by this act, may be sued for and recovered with costs by any such company or by any person whose property may be injured, to and for the use of such company or person, either in the manner hereinbefore directed, or before a justice or justices of the peace or any other person authorized to act in that capacity, where the offence has been committed, on the oath of any one credible witness.
