75. Any servant of the company duly authorized may, between the hours aforesaid, enter any house into which gas or water or both have been taken, for the purpose of repairing and making good in any house, building or premises, or for the purpose of examining, or repairing, any meter, pipe or apparatus belonging to the company or used for its gas or water or both.
