62. All fines imposed for offences under the provisions of this Act belong to the company and shall be paid to the treasurer thereof.

62. All fines and forfeitures collected under the authority of this act shall be paid to the treasurer of the company owning the work in respect of which such fines and forfeitures have been imposed, for the use of such company.
