41. The Inspector General shall have access to the premises of each registered company, and the right to examine its books of account, papers and documents, in order to ascertain the condition of the company’s business.

41. At the time fixed for that purpose by the Minister of Financial Institutions and Cooperatives, the inspector shall have access to the premises of each registered company, and the right to examine its books of account, papers and documents, in order to ascertain the condition of the company’s business.
