360. Ad hoc committees shall exercise their powers and functions under the direction of the board of directors and shall report their findings and recommendations to the board.

360. The members of the credit committee shall receive, in addition to the reimbursement of reasonable expenses they incur in the performance of their duties, an attandance allowance in an amount fixed by the board of directors. The aggregate amount paid in that respect shall not exceed the amount fixed by the general meeting. No allowance shall be paid before the maximum amount is fixed by the general meeting.
