357. The ethics committee shall each year transmit to the Inspector General, within two months of the closing date of the fiscal year of the federation, a report of its activities to the closing date.

The report shall set out, in particular,

(1)  the surname, given name, address and occupation of each member of the committee;

(2)  any change among the members of the committee;

(3)  the nature of the tasks assigned to the committee;

(4)  the list of cases of conflict of interest and self-dealing referred to the committee;

(5)  the cases where the rules adopted by the committee have not been observed.
