33. Any natural person having his domicile, a residence, an establishment or regular work in the territory set out in the articles of the credit union or who belongs to the group described therein may be a founder, except
(1)  a minor;
(2)  a person of full age under protective supervision or a person totally or partially deprived of the exercise of his civil rights;
(3)  an undischarged bankrupt;
(4)  a person convicted, in the past five years, of an offence or an indictable offence involving fraud or dishonesty, unless he has obtained a pardon.

33. Any natural person having his domicile, a residence, a place of business or regular work in the territory set out in the articles of the credit union or who belongs to the group described therein may be a founder, except
(1)  a minor;
(2)  a person of full age under tutorship or curatorship or a person declared incapable by a court, even a foreign court;
(3)  an undischarged bankrupt.

(2)  an interdicted person or a person of unsound mind declared incapable by a court, even a foreign court;
(3)  an undischarged bankrupt.
