157. Sections 128 to 132 and 150 to 153, adapted as required, apply to the executive committee.

157. A member of a credit union whose application for credit has been refused may appeal from the decision to the board of directors.
After giving the member an opportunity to be heard, the board of directors shall decide the appeal in accordance with the by-laws of the credit union.
The board of directors may confirm, amend or quash the decision appealed from and make any decision which, in its opinion, should have been made in the first instance.
