5. No constituting act of a company may be held voidable solely on account of any irregularity in the observance of the prescribed formalities.

5. No deed of incorporation of a company may be held voidable solely on account of any irregularity in the observance of the prescribed formalities.

5. The provisions of this Part relating to matters preliminary to the issue of the letters patent or supplementary letters patent shall be deemed directory only, and no letters patent or supplementary letters patent issued under this Part shall be held void or voidable on account of any irregularity in respect of any such preliminary matters.
