86. Every person neglecting or refusing to appear, to produce papers or to be examined is liable to the penalties provided in section 69.

86. Every person neglecting or refusing to appear, to produce papers or to be examined is, on conviction by the Court which has jurisdiction to recover the penalties enacted by the by-laws of the Community, liable to the penalties provided in section 69.

86. Without impairing section 82, every person neglecting or refusing to appear, or refusing to produce papers or to be examined as aforesaid, shall, on conviction thereof by the Court which has jurisdiction to recover the penalties enacted by the by-laws of the Community, be liable to the penalties provided in section 69.
