81. (Repealed).
1969, c. 84, s. 81; 1982, c. 63, s. 157.
81. A copy of every by-law passed by the Council must be transmitted forthwith to the Minister.
The Government, within the three months following the receipt of such copy by the Minister, may disallow the by-law, in whole or in part, unless it or the Minister has previously approved it.
Notice of such disallowance shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and from the day of such publication the by-law shall be null and void.
