299. The fiscal year of the Société ends on 31 December each year.

299. Without the authorization of the Commission, no person shall in any manner use the name of the Commission or of any one of its services, or its emblem or graphic symbol, or those of the Montréal Transportation Commission.
Without prejudice to the other recourses of the Commission, any person infringing this section shall be liable, for each offence, to a fine of not more than $200 and to imprisonment for not more than two months, upon a complaint brought before any Municipal Court having jurisdiction in the territory of the Transit Commission.
