205. Any municipal court in the territory of the Community shall have jurisdiction in respect of any offence under a provision of this Act or of the by-laws or orders of the Community.

205. If the interested party is convicted, the fine shall belong as the case may be, to the Community or to the Société de transport de la Communauté urbaine de Montréal and the costs shall be awarded to the municipality whose Municipal Court rendered the judgment.
