199. A member of the executive committee negotiates, under the authority and in the name of the executive committee, the collective labour agreement and the retirement plan, pension plan or pension fund of the policemen of the police department.
Every decision of that member approved by the executive committee binds the Community.

199. A bargaining committee is established to negotiate, under the authority and in the name of the executive committee, every collective labour agreement and every retirement plan, pension plan or pension fund of the policemen of the Police Department.
The bargaining committee consists of a member of the executive committee who is the only person responsible for the bargaining; a member of the Public Security Council and a representative of the director of the Police Department are also members of the committee, as advisers.
Every decision of the bargaining committee approved by the executive committee binds the Council.
