165. (Repealed).

165. The Council shall appoint six of the members of the Security Council in the following manner: the mayor and the councillors of the City of Montréal shall appoint from amongst themselves three persons at least one of whom is at the same time a member of the executive committee; the delegates of the municipalities other than the City of Montréal shall appoint from amongst themselves three other persons at least one of whom is at the same time a member of the executive committee.
The Government shall appoint the seventh member from amongst persons other than those mentioned in the first paragraph.
