97. (Repealed).

97. If the Community fails to adopt the by-law contemplated in section 91 within the delay provided, the Minister may cause such by-law to be prepared at the cost of the Community.
Such by-law shall be filed with the Community and come into force from the date of publication of a notice to that effect in the Gazette officielle du Québec.
