199. The transit authority shall, not later than 1 July each year, transmit to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Greater Montréal and to the Minister of Transport, and to each municipality whose territory is served by its public transport network, a report of its activities during the preceding fiscal year.

199. The Corporation shall, not later than 1 July each year, transmit to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and to the Minister of Transport, and to each municipality whose territory is served by its public transport network, a report of its activities during the preceding fiscal year.

199. The Transit Commission may establish a bureau for the examination of grievances in each municipality where it operates a public transport service.
For such purpose it shall designate not less than three nor more than five persons to meet at least once a month to hear any person using the public transport service who submits to it a grievance relating to such service.
The members of such bureau must make any recommendation which they deem appropriate in the circumstances.
Any recommendation of the members of such bureau of the Commission des transports du Québec must be sent to the Minister of Transport forthwith.
