169.9. Sections 69 to 72.0.1 apply with the necessary modifications to any officer or employee of the transit authority who is not an employee within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C‐27) and who has held a position for at least six months or has held, within the transit authority, a position the holder of which is not an employee within the meaning of that Code.

169.9. A majority of two-thirds of the votes cast is required to authorize the transit authority to dismiss, suspend without pay or reduce the salary of the general manager, the secretary, the treasurer or any other officer or employee of the transit authority who is not an employee within the meaning of the Labour Code (chapter C‐27) and who has held office for at least six months.
Sections 71 and 72 apply, with the necessary modifications, to persons mentioned in the first paragraph.
