104. The Superior Court may, upon a motion of the Community, order the cessation of any use of the land not in conformity with the by-laws contemplated in sections 91, 98 and 100, pronounce the nullity of any operation undertaken in contravention to section 101 or order the demolition, at the cost of the owner of the land, of any structure erected in contravention to such by-laws.

This section also applies to every operation undertaken in contravention to section 6 of chapter 85 of the statutes of 1974, as replaced by section 30 of chapter 90 of the statutes of 1975 and amended by section 2 of chapter 47 of the statutes of 1976.
