45. The Minister of Income Security shall be entrusted with the application of this Act.

The Minister of Justice exercises the functions of the Minister of Income Security with respect to the application of this Act except, for the fiscal year 1996-97, those functions set forth in subparagraph 1 of the second paragraph of section 44.1 of this Act. 45. The Minister of Manpower, Income Security and Vocational Training shall be entrusted with the application of this Act.
