87. The Commission must submit to the Government

(1)  not later than 31 March 1998, its first recommendations under paragraph 1 of section 51 in connection with governmental and regional structures;

(2 )  not later than 31 December 1998, its first recommendations under the said paragraph in connection with municipal structures, together with its recommendations under paragraph 2 of the said section;

(3 )  not later than 30 June 1999, its first recommendations under paragraph 3 of the said section.

The Commission must, not later than 30 June 1999, submit its first recommendations under the first paragraph of section 52 to the Minister responsible for the Act respecting the Agence métropolitaine de transport (chapter A-7.02), to allow that minister to take them into consideration for the purposes of the report he must table in the National Assembly concerning the administration of that Act.
