111. Every employee of the Commission who, upon being appointed to the Commission, was a public servant with permanent tenure may apply for a transfer to a position in the public service or enter a competition for promotion to such a position in accordance with the Public Service Act (chapter F‐3.1.1).
Section 35 of the said Act applies to an employee referred to in the first paragraph who enters such a competition.
