C-32.1 - Act respecting the marketing of marine products

5. The Government may, upon the application of not less than seven marine products processing enterprises, establish a marketing board for the implementation of an agreement reached between them in view of the joint marketing of marine products of any of the following categories:
(1)  salt or dried products;
(2)  frozen products;
(3)  fresh products.
