20. An order extending a marketing agreement may provide that the agreement applies, in whole or in part, to those enterprises engaged in the processing of marine products designated in the agreement which were not parties to it.
The Government may, to facilitate the application of the extension order, make, by way of the order, the necessary amendments to the marketing agreement and prescribe transitional application measures.
The Government may also limit the application of the order to those processing enterprises that it indicates.
