50. Every person who knowingly contravenes any provision of sections 38 to 42.1 is liable to a fine of $200 to $10,000.

50. Every person who knowingly contravenes any provision of sections 38 to 42 is liable to a fine of $200 to $10 000.

50. Every person who knowingly infringes sections 38 to 42 is guilty of an offence and liable, on summary prosecution, to a fine of $200 to $10 000.

Part II of the Summary Convictions Act shall apply to any offence contemplated in this section.
