20.4. School bodies are: school service centres, school boards, the Comité de gestion de la taxe scolaire de l’île de Montréal, general and vocational colleges, institutions accredited for purposes of subsidies under the Act respecting private education (chapter E-9.1), institutions of higher education more than one-half of whose operating expenses are paid out of the appropriations which appear in the budget estimates tabled in the National Assembly, and any faculty, school or institute of any such institution.
