19. The Fund shall administer on behalf of the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité du travail the securities of the Fonds de la santé et de la sécurité du travail established under section 136.1 of the Act respecting occupational health and safety (chapter S-2.1) in accordance with the terms and conditions fixed by the Government.
