57.1. In no case may a conciliation officer be compelled to divulge any fact that has been disclosed to him or that has come to his knowledge in the discharge of his duties, or to produce any document made or obtained in the discharge of his duties, before any court, arbitrator, body or agency or any person exercising judicial or quasi-judicial functions.
Notwithstanding section 9 of the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information (chapter A-2.1), no person has a right of access to such a document.
