34. As soon as he has terminated his investigation or, at the latest, within the five following days, the labour commissioner shall render his decision either to grant or refuse the certification and, where such is the case, describe the appropriate bargaining unit.

34. As soon as he has terminated his investigation or at the latest within the three following days, the investigation commissioner shall render his decision either to grant or to refuse certification and, should the case arise, shall describe the appropriate bargaining unit. Such decision shall be rendered in writing and shall state the reasons therefor. Certified true copies thereof shall be sent to the parties.
