27. The Tribunal shall, by any means it considers appropriate, make a copy of the petition for certification available to the public for consultation.

Upon receipt of the petition, the labour commissioner general shall give notice thereof by means of an entry in a public register kept for such purpose at the office of the Ministère du Travail, at Québec if the undertaking respecting which certification is applied for is situated in the Québec region, or at Montréal if it is situated in the Montréal region; the labour commissioner general shall also prepare a copy of such petition and make it available to the public which may examine it and the register during office hours.
The regulations made under section 138 shall determine which territories of Québec shall constitute the Québec and Montréal regions respectively for the purposes of this section.
