398. (Repealed).

398. Before suspending the proceedings, the judge shall always place the ballot papers and the other documents relating to the election in a sealed envelope bearing the signature of the judge and those of such of the persons present as desire to sign it, and shall take all necessary precautions for the security of such ballot papers and documents.
