369. (Repealed).

369. (1)  Not more than one elector for each compartment may, at any one time, enter the room where the poll is held, and each elector upon so entering shall declare his name and occupation, which particulars shall be entered in the poll book by the poll clerk, a number being prefixed to the name.
(2)  The poll book shall be kept in the manner set forth in Form 12.
