328. (Repealed).

328. When the voting is by word of mouth the presiding officer must enter in a book kept in accordance with the conditions hereinafter prescribed, and in the order in which they are given, the votes of the electors, by entering therein the name and style of each, and mentioning the name of each candidate for whom he votes, by a mark in the column reserved for each such candidate.
