309. (Repealed).

309. At all times before the day of nomination of candidates, the revisory committee may correct clerical errors on the part of the roll contemplated in article 304.
The committee must strike off the name of a deceased person on sufficient proof of his death.
It must examine the resolutions filed in accordance with article 276 and add the name of the representative designated by the resolution after the name of the corporation, commercial partnership or association.
