246. Whenever the waters of a river, serving as a division between two or more properties, become sufficiently low during the summer season to allow of animals crossing such river, the local municipality may, on application to that effect, pass a by-law ordering the erection of a temporary fence there as elsewhere.

Whenever the waters of a river, serving as a division between two or more properties, become sufficiently low during the summer season to allow of animals crossing such river, the corporation of the municipality may, on application to that effect, pass a by-law ordering the erection of a temporary fence there as elsewhere.
