14.8. A municipality, in accordance with the rules applicable to it, may enter into an agreement with the council of a band, within the meaning of the Indian Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. I-5) or of the Naskapi and the Cree-Naskapi Commission Act (S.C. 1984, c. 18), provided it is an agreement which, by law, may be entered into between two municipalities.

14.8. A municipality, in accordance with the rules applicable to it, may enter into an agreement with the council of a band, within the meaning of the Indian Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter I-5) or of the Cree-Naskapi (of Quebec) Act (Statutes of Canada, 1984, chapter 18), provided it is an agreement which, by law, may be entered into between two municipalities.

A corporation, in accordance with the rules applicable to it, may enter into an agreement with the council of a band, within the meaning of the Indian Act (Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, chapter I-5) or of the Cree-Naskapi (of Quebec) Act (Statutes of Canada, 1984, chapter 18), provided it is an agreement which, by law, may be entered into between two municipal corporations.
