95. Subject to sections 95.0.1 and 95.2, every regulation made by the board of directors under this Code or an Act constituting a professional order shall be transmitted to the Office for examination; it shall be submitted, with the recommendation of the Office, to the Government which may approve it with or without amendment.

95. Every regulation made by the Bureau under this Code or an Act constituting a professional corporation shall be transmitted to the Office for examination; it shall be submitted, with the recommendation of the Office, to the Government which may approve it with or without amendment.
The Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1) applies to any regulation adopted by the Bureau which is not a regulation within the meaning of that Act.
Furthermore, a regulation may be made under section 87, 88 or 89 only if the secretary of the corporation has sent the draft of it to every member of the corporation at least thirty days before its making by the Bureau.

95. Every regulation made by the Bureau shall be submitted for approval to the Government and published in the Gazette officielle du Québec with a notice stating that it shall be submitted for such approval at least thirty days after such publication.
Every regulation so approved by the Government shall come into force on the day of publication in the Gazette officielle du Québec of a notice that it has received such approval, or on the later date or dates provided for in such notice for the whole, part or a provision of the regulation.
In the case where a regulation is amended at the time of its approval by the Government, the notice provided for in the second paragraph must be accompanied with the text of the amendments made or the text of the regulation as approved.
