13. Every regulation adopted by the Office under this Code or under an Act constituting a professional order must be submitted to the Government, which may approve it with or without amendment.

13. Every regulation adopted by the Office under this Code or under an Act constituting a professional corporation must be submitted to the Government, which may approve it with or without amendment.
The Regulations Act (chapter R-18.1) applies to any regulation adopted by the Office which is not a regulation within the meaning of that Act.

13. Every regulation adopted by the Office under section 12 must be submitted to the Government for approval.
After it is approved by the Government, every regulation contemplated in this section shall be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec and shall come into force on such publication or on any later date indicated therein.
However, the regulations adopted under paragraph u of the third paragraph of section 12 must be published in the Gazette officielle du Québec thirty days before their approval and shall come into force only after a similar publication of a notice of such approval or, if they have been amended at the time of such approval, on the day of the publication of the regulations as amended.
