102. Every general meeting of the members of an order shall be called by the secretary of the order in the manner prescribed by a regulation under paragraph a of section 93.
Directors who are not members of the order shall be called to such meeting in the same manner; they shall have the right to speak but not to vote.

102. Every general meeting of the members of a corporation shall be called by the secretary of the corporation in the manner prescribed by a regulation under paragraph a of section 93.
Directors who are not members of the corporation shall be called to such meeting in the same manner; they shall have the right to speak but not to vote.

102. Every general meeting of the members of a corporation shall be called by the secretary of the corporation, by a notice mailed to each member at least thirty days before the date fixed for the meeting, with the agenda of the meeting.
