20. Service by mail is made by sending the proceeding by registered or priority mail to the residence or business establishment of the person for whom it is intended or, in the case of a legal person, to its head office, one of its establishments or the business establishment of one of its agents.
In the case of registered mail, service is deemed to be made on the date on which the notice of receipt or delivery of the proceeding is signed by the person for whom it is intended or any other person to whom the proceeding may be delivered under article 21. In the case of priority mail, service is deemed to be made on the date of delivery to the person for whom it is intended or to any other person to whom the proceeding may be delivered under article 21.
