395. An application to obtain authorization from the court for the provision of care to a minor or to a person of full age incapable of giving consent, or for the alienation of a part of their body, cannot be presented before the court less than five days after the application is notified to the interested persons, including the person having parental authority, the tutor or, in the case of a person of full age, the mandatary designated by the person at the time the person was capable of giving consent or, if not so represented, by a person who could consent to care for the person. If there are no such persons, the application and exhibits are notified to the Public Curator. These persons may consult or copy the court record.
