93. (Repealed).
R. S. 1964, c. 231, s. 68; 1986, c. 91, s. 674.
93. If a person found guilty of contravening this act has caused damages to a bridge or public highway, such person shall be liable, in addition to the penalty established for such offence, to a penalty equal to the value of such damages, and, in default of payment of such additional penalty, to imprisonment during a period of one month.
