91.1. Every person who omits to surrender to the Régie at its request, a driver’s permit or a registration certificate or registration markers issued in his name and suspended under the law or a judgment, is guilty of an offence and liable, on summary proceeding, to a fine of not less than $200 nor more than $2 000.

Every person who omits to surrender to the Bureau, at the request of the director, a driver’s permit or a registration certificate or registration markers issued in his name and suspended under the law or a judgment, is guilty of an offence and liable, on summary proceeding, to a fine of not less than two hundred dollars nor more than two thousand dollars.
