8. If the public vehicle be owned by a company, the application for registration must be accompanied by a declaration, giving, as to its directors, its officers and its capital, all information which may be required by the Régie. If the vehicle be owned by a partnership, such declaration must state the name and address of each partner. If the owner be a person doing business under a registered name, the declaration must give the name and address of such person.
